android photo editing apps image

Kyishaun
I just need a good photo editing app. I want to be able to add things that arent originally in the photo. My search isnt great , any help?
Answer
You mention App. that often refers to Phone or Pad device, instead of desktop/ laptop tools,
if so, those can then vary from services for device as Android, or Apple, or Surface, or Palm, or Polaroid, or Sony, other brands, that are separate from programs like Adobe or Corel, or Microsoft, or ArcSoft,
when calling for App, it may help to divulge device used, so not to confuse OS systems as Apple or Windows, or other,
__________
For placing image into another as though holding object, basic tool could be MS Paint, where you open two windows, cut out object with one edit, and then transparent on copy and paste over other window edit, (desktop ) windows
