Are there any windows programs for getting your photos that you took with the camera off the iphone and onto your computer? Yes, im aware that windows does this but im having problems with it.

if its jailbroken you can use winscope and bossprefs to transfer it, if not then you need to fix the problems your having with windows.

I just synched my iPhone 4 with the new software update. I lost all my photos, can I recover them?

If you backed up your iphone (not sync), then restore from the backup. Otherwise, the photos are gone forever
