Q. I asked this question previously & didn't get any input. I would like to edit my photos using my iPhone 4S so that the photos look beyond gorgeous. I like photography. What are some good apps such as pixlromatic? I'd like everything from filters, to text, to anything. Thanks :)

You didn't get ANY input? Pardon? What am I - chopped liver? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AnH0VdhhzQ0isOSR4MUeOuDsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20130509160601AAt3BOl
You most certainly DID get input - and very sensible one at that. You just didn't want to hear that you're much better off doing it properly, vs expecting a phone toy to do your miracles for you.
Thanks a bunch for ignoring me.

What apps do people use for editing pictures on Instagram?
Q. I was on Instagram and discovered a few profiles with some cool edits like the picture I added. Dose anyone know the app or program they use for that?
Answer
As I answered in your nearly-duplicate question:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20131213001403AAzgKta
Most "interesting" photos (especially composites or heavily-edited images) are not being processed on smartphones at all -- they are edited on computers (laptops/desktops/workstations) and simply post on instagram by copying to a smartphone or running the instagram app in a virtual machine/emulator.
Trying to reproduce those edits or images on your smartphone is a losing battle.
That being said, there are some moderately advanced apps for photo editing on smartphones (although most are "global" edit vs. composting multiple images). You can search your smartphone OS app store for photo editors and see what is popular.
