How to transfer photos back to camera roll (iPhone)?

I use 4S, i already transfer all photos to iPhoto on my mac. when i'm sync it to my other iphone, the photos were trasnferred to Photo Library. is there any way to transfer it back to my camera roll.?

Get that one app called USB Disk on the app store on your iPhone. Then go on itunes and plug your iPhone in and go to the Apps tab and choose the USB app you just got. At this point you should be able to add all the pictures you want from your computer onto that app, which you can then save them to your camera roll when you go to them on the app on your phone. Hope this helps, it's one of the more efficient ways that I know of.

I have my ITUNES loaded on my MACBOOK. IT SYNCS with my ITouch. Now I just bought a second MAC AIR. I would like to take all my music, movies and apps and move it to an external hd. Then I want it to sync to the external hd instead of my MACBOOK on both computers. Any suggestions?
