I would like to know what the closest app for iPhone or iPod touch is to photoshop cs4. Like I want to be able to change the colors or backgrounds and all that like you can do on photoshop cs4.

Photoshop is a quite advanced graphics program, and as such it requires a machine suitable for its power.

Small, portable, embedded machines like the iPod or iPhone just don't carry all that processing power.

I want only one that can crop ,write on it and like have effects or filters like contrast brightness, color like not really weird stuff
