It has to be easy to use, i can edit text onto the picture and everything, and be free.

Citrify, iPiccy, PicMonkey, Ribbet, FotoFlexer or Lunapic are great all round web based and FREE editing tools. Adobe, makers of the expensive Photoshop, has a free website version in Photoshop Express.

If you need/want more features downloading GIMP is a great options. Still free, but you have to download the software.

I'm looking to cut an image of myself/another person and paste it onto a backround. What are good apps on the google app store I can download to do this? (My computer is Windows 8, so it has to be compatible)
