photo editing apps on windows phone image

Im thinking about getting this phone but I never used a windows phone .I heard it dosent have Apps like Android. No instagram :-( But how are nokia lumnia 521 apps ? I mailnly use music apps,.YouTube,.instagram , Google maps, and photo editing. I heard the camera does not have flash either:-( . I currently have the mytouch HTC mytouch that came out like 3 yrs ago .Would the lumnia be considered a downgrade or a upgrade compared to my phone

I own nokia lumia 521 and i am even answering your question with this device only. I would recommend you not buy it if you do not play to many games. Windows is lacking apps that's right but your experience will enrich as Facebook integration is really cooll. But if you are an app lover then don't buy it and even games are very less. The performance of phone is greaarttt. Touch massively great, mapss amazing and even better than android, music on your finger tipsss. You cant even imagine that the music response is soooooo goodd. The good part is that there is speech recognition from which you just speak the no. And it will dial for you, say the name of app and will get open. In the end i would like to conclude if you are a game lover then don't buy it but a music lover, maps lover and performance lover go for it. I cant say that you are upgrading your device as it depends on your use for which you are buying. So i told you the advantages and disadvantages of the device. Buy the device according to your need.
