How come whenever I save photos on my iPod, the pictures turn out blurry?

Okay, so whenever I try to save a photo from my email or on safari on my iPod, I go into my photo album and the picture Is extremely blurry! Why is this? And how can I fix it? Please help this is important!

I know you have to go onto your iTunes account on your computer, but what from there? I have around 200 photos and I want to make several albums with different names.

You cannot. You'll have to do it on the computer. The Photos application can only send and delete (deleting from camera that is and not photos album from computer).
