Ever since I installed iOS4 on my iPhone 3G it's been lagging with loading and typing and the apps crash all the time. Is there anyway to fix this by resetting the phone? Will I lose all my numbers and photos?

Answer
It probably won't fix it, you will have to wait for the next update of iOS. If you do choose to restore it back it up first by plugging it into iTunes, right clicking on your device, then hitting backup. After that is done, hit restore. After that you just need to wait for it to be done then it will have the option to restore it to the backup of "Your iPhone's name here" and all your numbers and settings will be back.

How do i recover all my information on my iphone a my old computer crashed and has lost all its information?

My laptop crashed (i don't know why) and has lost everything on it. but my iphone has all my music and apps on it that i relly don't want to lose, especially the photos and things. as i now have a new laptop is there anyway that i can transfer all my music and eveything into itunes on the new computer. i can't buy anything online so will need a free website that is safe to use as i can't afford to lose this laptop too.

Answer
If it's jailbroken... install iFunBox on your PC, and then use that to get your files off.

If it's not jailbroken.. well I don't think much can be done
