It doesn't have camera but it can stream camera from iPhone 3G S.
All the games that you play on iPhone would run on iPad and there are many iPad version of games they have stunning graphics.
There are many other apps exclusively for iPad that makes iPad an amazing device like Netflix,Abc Player, GoodReader.
You can download anything from almost any website on iPad directly.

I really want to get an ipod touch but i already have an ipod nano. It would be fun to play Ps3 online with my friends but at the same time touch screen is awesome. So please tell your opinion!
P.S.- I want to get Ps3 but i am very unsure on what to get

PS3 is good but one has to be a complete idiot to call iPod Touch a crap. In fact, if you not serious gamer then iPod Touch has much more fun and usage than PS3.
PS3 can give you entertainment while you are home but iPod Touch will be with everywhere, even in plane you can access internet Planes now provide Wi-Fi.
Today only I watched live video of Obama inauguration on my iPhone in an Airplane.
It's the question of preferences, I have PSP, X-Box 360, iPhone and iPhone 3G I play X-Box once in a month coz I am professional don't get much time but I carry both iPhones with me and I use them for many things. My entire office is on my iPhone. I can go to Wikipedia with click and Voice search Google. I can record message and I can download stuff directly from my device(Touch is also capable of all these)

You can send video,audio,photos,files to your friend while chatting with them.
There are 11,000 apps in app store you can imagine how much fun you are gonna have if you get one. It's not only fun it a great learning tool and its kind personal assistant that will help you in education,entertainment, profession and fun.
