ITunes wont drag apps to iPhone 4s?

Please help, theres a private photo vault app and it was taken off of the store after I had to restore my iPhone, and its still on my iTunes account on the computer but it won't drag any apps to my iPhone! Theres very important pictures on it :/

Just try restarting your computer or restarting iTunes, it should work after that. I doubt that you'll be losing any music or current pictures in your program if you just restart the PC. It might just be a little glitch or something didn't load correctly when opening iTunes.

I have this app and put a password on my pictures & I forgot my password... How do I unlock my pictures? There is no forgot password option

Ooohhh!! That is pretty tough. Since the passcodes are only 4 digits the developers of the app expect you the remember it. The best way to recover ulyour photos is to contact the developer. Visit their website and contact them. They will surely give you advice and help. This happened with me with another passcode app and I contacted them and it was a big surprise how the got it tO work.
