best iphone photo app image

Lifelight
I'm looking to achieve this EXACT same photo filter look (meaning the spotted lights at the top called "bokeh") but I have no idea which iPhone photo app this is from.

Does anyone know which app (paid or free) this filter is from? Thank you!

Are you sure that a cell phone camera shot this image?
It looks much more like what you could expect from a fully adjustable camera like a dSLR.
In the case of your iPhone, you seem to have unrealistic expectations.

What is the best iPhone app that allows you to edit photos you've already taken?

I don't want a bunch of filters or anything like that. I just want to edit pictures in my iPhone photo library in a way almost like Windows Paint. Basically, I want to be able to draw on a picture that I have and then save it. Any apps like that out there?

Check old OldBooth, Photogene, Best Camera App, Comicfy, TiltShift, Night Camera and many more iPhone Applications - there are tons to try out.
