where could I take a photography class that could teach me about film cameras as well as digital and teach me how to develop film ?
Junior college near me doesn't have it right now, I am 19.

I have a social network website for a specific industry, I was wondering since I have RSS for each individual user would I be able to get 1 app source and keep making different apps and only change the basic info and the RSS Feed to offer my members their own individual photo portfolio apps?

you should be able to but it would be simpler to make an app where every user can decide what feeds thay want.;
