How can I make levitating photos on my iPhone 4S?

On instagram I see many photos of people floating in the air. I understand that some are made off of a computer but some of the users do say they create the image on their phones, but they never tell what app or how. If someone could help an aspiring photographer that would be amazing. Thanks:)

IT's not an app and most of them are not made in post processing.

The problem you'll have here is that you need a fast shutter speed to help freeze the action ... you can't control the shutter speed on your Iphone.

It's way too hot to take out my laptop and open up photoshop, so I was wondering if there is an iPhone app that lets you take two photos from your photo library and set them as layers o merge them together for an overlapping effect. I've found one before but it was before iCloud and I never synced it to my computer so I have no way of redownloading it. Any ideas of what app could do that?
