I really want to know how to take super good and clear pictures. Also, there are two main questions that I have.

1.) How to take really great photos?
a.) What is the best kind of camera for about $150-$200?
b.) What is a good photo editor for Windows (Vista [Do not even get me started on how bad Vista is...]) that is free?
c.) What kind of lens should I have that is the same brand as the camera?
d.) What in name of pizza is a megapixl and what do they do? Should I have a lot or little?
e.) Are there different types of flashes? If so what is the best)
f.) What is the best lighting and how do I set it?
g.) Is there anything AT ALL that I need to know about and how to do?

2.) How to make photos on my iphone look super good and crisp and glassy and beautiful and clear and non-grainy and non-pixlated and...
a.) What is the best free photo editor?
b.) How to make pixlated and grainy photos look good and clear and glassy?
c.) How to know when you've sharpened things enough so that there are no lines outlining it?
d.) What is the best thing to do for blurred pictures?

PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AND LEAVE OUT NO DETAILS (even if its about colors do not leave it out) AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Don't you dare mention how terrible Windows Vista is to me! Trust me...I already know!!!!!

1) i recommend a ebook and video tutorial, bit.ly/imagetricks because, it answers your questions a,c,e,2b,c,d
a) you have to choose it yourself
b) i recommend gimp, it is free. photoshop take too much RAM, on your vista
2)
a) again photoshop and gimp
d) i think you can't actually generate perfect sharpen the blurred images, but there are apps to get close to it.
