Anyone know of a more feature rich photo editor for the iPad?

Q. Currently I've been playing with Photoshop Express on the iPad, but I would love something with more features like boarders, special effects, etc. Prefer free or low cost. Any ideas?

Why won't facebook show the EDITED version of photos from my iphone?

Q. I upload all of my photos from my iPhone to Facebook. I always edit my photos (crop, lighting and red-eye) using the regular iPhone photo editor that comes standard in the photo application. When I upload the edited photos to Facebook, the originals ALWAYS show up. It is infuriating and I want to know what I'm doing wrong. I've tried everything but can't seem to fix the glitch.
