What are the best photoediting apps for iPhone?

I have recently gotten into fandom photo editing. I see all these really cool photos on Instagram, but I don't know how to make them. What, in your opinion, are the best photo editing apps? Not just tinting them, like cutting out shapes and blending and adding words and stuff. I know how much people hate it when they're asked on Instagram, so I figured I'd ask on here. Thanks!

To try new ones, get the app "Apps Gone Free" and look for interesting new or free apps that they highlight.

I REALLY want to learn how to make cool photo edits. Please comment some iPhone apps that I could use? I'm NOT looking for effects, more like blending photos, adding cool text to them, and other shapes.... stuff like that. Please comment (:

I know there is a new catch phrase around: "There's an app for that", but guess what...... not EVERYTHING is done via apps.

Sometimes, we still need to learn how to do something and need to make an effort to get to the result.
Other times, there really IS an app for it, but doing it yourself the "hard" way gives far superior results.

Learn how to use a proper image "editing" program.
Adobe Photoshop, PS Elements, PaintShopPro, Gimp or even Photoscape (the last two are free).

Using a website is fine if you only want to do a few photos, but resident programs are the much better option if you have more or want to do this regularly. If it MUST be a free website, try http://pixlr.com/ or http://www.sumopaint.com/ or http://aviary.com/ .
