There are quite some photo editing apps that you will find on the App Store. However, most of them are paid. Camera+, Camera Plus Pro are just to name a few.

Camera+ is only for photos while Camera Plus Pro captures photos and videos, along with photo editing and sharing.

I have recently gotten into fandom photo editing. I see all these really cool photos on Instagram, but I don't know how to make them. What, in your opinion, are the best photo editing apps? Not just tinting them, like cutting out shapes and blending and adding words and stuff. I know how much people hate it when they're asked on Instagram, so I figured I'd ask on here. Thanks!
