best iphone photo journal app image

After finding out that many great men in history have kept journals, I thought that I might give it a shot. I decided that it would be easier to type than to write but after writing three very long entries this week on my iPhone Evernote app, I realized that it if I wanted to show them to my kids and grandchildren when I'm old, I would have to use my 65 year old phone. So I bought a $5 journal at Barnes & Noble but I remembered that I have terrible handwriting and I would have to copy my long entries from last week down. Any ideas on how to go from here, maybe to help improve my handwriting?
Answer
I started by just writing down thoughts, ideas, or whatever else a few days a week. Sometimes I carry it with me so I can write thoughts down before I forget or before the mood leaves me. The more you write, the better your handwriting will be. Some of my writings are in cursive, some are in print. For longer entries, I type it on the computer, print it out, and then paste it into the journal. I paste theater tickets and other things into my journal as well. I also draw things and paste photos in, like a scrapbook, and then write descriptions around it on the same page.
For me, two things were important to get started. First, I did not want to pressure myself to write every single day. I just make sure to write at least twice a week. Without the pressure, I enjoy it and I do usually write every day now. Second, I gave myself the freedom to express myself however I wanted in my journal. I use a journal without lines so I can write, draw, paste things in, whatever I want.
Just start. You will discover your own style soon and it will be enjoyable.

Which one? A Macbook Air 11" or a Macbook Pro 13"?

Considering my budget, I'd get the base models for each of them.
Here's what I'd do with it:
-I'd use it to write in everyday like a journal, because I hate writing.
-I'd use it to search the web.
-I'm not interested in games.
-I'd write reports on it and print them.
-I have a LOT of photos.
-I have a LOT of music.
-I enjoy youtube and music videos, and portability.
It'd also basically just sit there on my desk inside my room... Because I wouldn't really bring it anywhere. I like impressive technology. I don't like outdated stuff. 1200 and 999$ isn't much of a difference or problem with me. So don't worry about that. I also would like to sync my iPhone to it. Any suggestions?
Please say why, also.
Answer
To write in it like a journal it wouldn't
matter which one you buy because they both have a app for writing called TextEdit.
To use the internet, again, it wouldn't matter because they both have Safari.
To write reports it wouldn't matter which one you buy because you would probably have to install Word on either Mac.
If you have LOTS of photos and music the Pro would be better because it can hold more. The Air is less powerful then the Pro.
For portability, the Air weighs about 2 pounds and the Pro weighs about 4 pounds.
