How do I import only a select few of pics/vids from iPhone?

I'm trying to import a video and maybe a few pics from my iPhone onto my pc but it won't let me. It just goes straight to "okay import now" and it decides to import everything. How can I choose what pictures / videos I want to import rather than having everything import itself?

How do I move a song from my computer to my iPhone 4?

Q. I want to move just one song to my phone, but I don't know how to do it without moving the whole library. And moving the whole library and then deleting everything I don't want would be fine, but if I do that then all the songs that are already on my phone would be replaced. So yeah I'm pretty much stuck.
