Which is the best photo editing app in one of these for smartphones?

Pixlr o matic, Instagram, Photosynth, Pudding camera, Hipstamatic, PhotoGrid, Cinemagram, GifBoom, Adobe Photoshop Express, Procam and Snapseed. Could you please suggest me which one is the best in all of these?. I can download only one photo editing app in my smart phone and these are the best ones I guess but I want to know which app is the best among these so that I can download any one of them...

Have a look at the Photoshop Touch app, probably better than any of these you mentioned. Although not free, it's not that expensive either.
