Is there an application to edit pictures / photos on Blackberry?

Unless I missed it there is nothing that is free. The free programs will let you crop or change color/contrast but not on the phone itself. There are also some pay services like Ascendo Photos for BB. Here's another page on free apps that you might find useful.
