What are the photo editing apps that make pic have a glare and it is a bit orange? I have a dance moms account in instagram and I need the editing apps that make pic get a glare and is like a little bit orange! And i need paid ones any paid ones will be helpful :)

Are there any good iPhone apps for making dark pictures brighter?

I have an iPhone 3GS, so it doesn't have a flash with the camera. Are there any good apps that will make low-light pictures as visible as possible?

I like all of these, I think they are likely the best of similar Apps.
The problem will be, when a photo is dark, it's not sharp, so you won't be able to just lighten it up and have it look great, there may be a lot of *noise*. But, depending on the photo, you may be able to make it much better. Also, some of the Apps have great photo effects to play around with.

I used iFlashReady for image editing. It is a one-trick app that adds a faux fill flash to dark shots. The iPhone camera has a fixed shutter speed and aperture, so in order to compensate for low light it has to bump up the auto ISO. This creates somewhat grainy images that can still look too dark. iFlashReady by Bo Yuan does some behind the scenes calculations to brighten up those shots even more without using an external flash or off-phone image editor.
