How can I get pictures off my stolen iPhone?

My iPhone 4 was stolen yesterday and while I'm upset I was planning on getting a new phone anyway, but I lost all my precious photos. :( I had iCloud and I set up the iCloud Control Panel on Windows last night and got some of them back but it was just about 10 photos. How do I get the rest? I had 1000 photos in iCloud last time I had my phone. Is there anything I can do?
That's what I'm saying. -___- Only the last 10 pictures show up on My Photostream on my Windows 7 computer. Where are the rest? I had 1000 photos.

If you have backed up all the photos with iCloud before, you can get all the phones back. You can try to ask the Apple support for the details.
Learn to be more careful in the future. To protect your new idevice from being stolen or lost in the future, I suggest you apply some free anti-theft apps like iLostFinder and set up Find My iPhone/iPad/iPod in iCloud on the device. Hope it helps.

I have a Windows 8 laptop with the newest edition of iTunes and an iPhone 4 running iOS 6.1. I have a few songs already in my library, but I want the music from my phone into my library. Any suggestions?

Plug your phone into your computer and open iTools and your good to go.
