How do I sync voice memos from iPhone to Mac?

Hi,

I have an iPhone that's synced with a playlist on another computer, but I don't have that computer anymore. I'd like to download a voice memo I have currently on my iPhone to the Mac I now have, but doing that requires syncing my iPhone with my current computer's iTunes library. If I sync, will that delete the voice memos I have on my iPhone now?
