I need some free photo editing apps. I have a few. Instagram's filters aren't good anymore.

I was trying to do some edits, one direction in particular, but I was wondering what are some good apps to use for them? Not like ones that take away glare and change the lighting etc., but like collages and sorta hipster stuff like where you can add little things and do a collage and add words and edit it and cut around the pic and stuff?
