Basically, what's the best photo editor on the app store? I would like to be able to add text, change from normal to like negative & black and white, etc.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0. Im a Fine Art, Applied ICT and Media Studies student and use this software all the time to edit images in these subjects. Dont know where i'd be with out it actually. Theres a link below so you can download it.
