I made a photo editing instagram (@picturee_editorr) and I've already done a couple but do you know what apps are really good for like photoshop and stuff. I was also wondering what app people use to do the thing where they slowly turn their eyes into a tiger or zebra's eyes. Thanks!

I want to find an awesome photo editing app! I've already looked for a bunch and none seem to fit my description of a good app. I want one where I can merge photos together and make it look as if there's two people in one picture, but in reality there's only one person. Please give me some good options. At least more than 3. Thank you.
