Last time when i plugged in my ipod the photos automatically synced into my computer, but now it doesnt do that anymore. How do i transfer the pictures from the itouch to the computer when i want to?

Okay, long story short: My friend had an iPhone synced to his computer, and then I asked if we could sync mine. He said yes. But now both of our apple ID got mixed up and now we are using each other's account. I decided to sync my iPod to my computer, only to find out that I need to kick my account off my friend's computer.
