What free photo editing iPhone app can remove blemishes and shiny faces?

Q. Ot at least be able to blend the blemishes in or cover up shininess with a paint or something. I just don't want it to look like I did the edit on my picture

Someone may know of one, but to save yourself time retouching all your friends faces, just do what the pros do.

Apply a little makeup for the blemishes and light powder for the shinny noses and cheeks
